7:57 p.m. I'm tired, tired, tired but very excited to receive the Recruiter assignment from D2L.

First I have to organize an Employer information session and write out all the steps I'd do to organize one.

I can do this.

Next I have to come up with some creative ways to spruce up the applicant pool for a sales engineering position. In my tired state, I managed to come up with a few ideas. Not so sure they're original, but it'll suffice.

It's not due till Thursday so I have a bit of time to work on it tomorrow.
I keep hearing the HR manager say: we're looking for someone who'd go above and beyond what's expected. I need to think of something to do just that in this assignment.
