4:53 p.m. I can't believe how freakin' long it's taking me to paint the attic. The ceiling is my least favourite. I even broke one of the poles that the brush attaches to to reach those 'hard to reach places' which is, when you're my height, plenty.

Not that the ceiling's high. It's quite low but if I wake up with my head tilted back, I wouldn't be surprised. Also, paint in the eye? No fun.

I'm determined to have this sucker finished tonight. Then Thursday Matt can help me move stuff down and move my stuff up. The attic's already bright and cheery. I can't wait to be settled in.
