6:49 p.m. When I went to the Dominican in May, Amy and I came up with some nicknames for ourselves and a couple girls we hung with. I don't remember why or how they came up, but we developed nicknames involving 'cookie'. Amy is Dancing cookie; Wendy is singin' cookie; Alys is random cookie (for her notorious random make out sessions with guys); and, I am laughing cookie.

Well that was 2004. We're 2005 now and I've renamed myself: the dating cookie.

Yup, I'm your serial dater for 2005. It's been fun; I'm meeting a range of guys that are, for the most part, pretty decent.

It's really nice to have a male distraction in the dead of winter.
